looks- Niji-Iki is average height, a slender weight, but her eyes, hairs, and nails vary from mood because of her kekki genkai. She's usually very hyper, so light blue hair, eyes, and nails. Her hair reaches a long, just below her butt and is so long, she can barely do anything with it. So its either tied in pony tails, braided if she gets help, or just flowing messy. She's usually very expressive, so her expressions vary on silly looks.

persanolty- Niji-Iki is Hy-y-yper! She's always babbling on about something and can hardly contain herself. She's always looking for attention because when she was younger, she barely had any. She's causing pranks, messing around, and always upin people's faces if they 'ask' for it. But, you got to admire that heart of hers. She's determined and daring. A fighting spirit that will probably never dim. She's not the brightest of her rank, but still the most creative in rough situations.

Kekkei Genkai- clignoter This bloodline allows the user to move at the speed 82mph at first phase, clignoter courir is second phase, bringing the notch of speed up to 87mph, and Seperdre, the final stage, which is only obtainable after 28 years of training towards it, brings the speeds to 3mph passed light speed. This kekki Genkai also helps especially with Shunshin no justsu. And helps with major chakra control because to reach the speeds using this kekki genkai, the user must be capable of bringing chakra flow focused to the hands, feet, and eyes.

Clan History-

The Clignoter clan became from the discoverer of the kekki genkai. The Father of the all generations, Chuchoter. Age 22, he was working in his studies one day, two hundred years ago, working on the equation of speeds the human being was capable of reaching. Heading outside to test his volunteers, he decided to test himself as well. On the lines of, he was at peek shape a man would dream of before getting too passed wrestler in our modern days. He took stance, a volunteer watching the clock. Taking off straight on the minutes mark. Running the mile track he created. Midway, when most begun to tire, something strange occurred. Something supernatural. The volunteers jumping in surprise at the sight when he came to a sudden stop. Not even 25 seconds to the clock. And the sight of Chuchoter was astounding! His hair color, from his mood of struck fun, orangish blonde. Eyes more golden to the color of his hair.

Further studies upon this supernatural gift, he came to call it Clignoter. A year later, he eloped to a young woman named Lea. There last name, his gift. Five children to their family, all but two with the same gift as the father, the clan grew.

Unfortunately, one hundred twenty years later, eighty from modern today, the entire clan was almost completely wiped out during their lands being burned and their people being slaughtered. Only three out of the eighty members made it out. Running for their lives across the countries to settle in the Land of Demons. Sixty-seven years later they became ever so poor farmers, leading up to Lehan, great, great, granddaughter to one of the clan members, Mother of Lehan.

background/history-
Niji-Iki Clignoter was born to a happy mother, Lehan, and Father, Toren. The couple raised the small girl for a year when Niji's cousin was born. Lelia Clignoter. After Lin, Lelia's mother, was chosen to be the bride to the Lord of the land, Lehan was allowed to be her first maid. There for her dear sister for everything. Even her little girls birth...

Lehan was the first to know out of the birthing room. And luckily, when the guard left to check her house, they headed towards the only haven they knew...The Leaf Village...

Now raised and unknowing her little cousin would soon be coming, Niji-iki grew up as a kunoichi with her loving parents untill age six when her parents were killed out farming the rice fields during an unexpected attack. She raised herself through the academy and untill age eleven when she found out she wasn't alone with her special abilities. Niji met Lelia. ^-^ A year older, but still, they were like twins.
rp sample-Niji-Iki ran up the main city block with Clignoter Courir. Rushing towards the Hokage Manor, she about ran into the leader! Luckily, the girl swerved herself cleanly out of the way. Catching Niji by the callar. "Lely! Lely! I got to tell you something!!" Iki squeaked. The young Hokage raised an eyebrow at the girl. Releasing her, she fell to her knees. Quickly regaining her stance. She fisted her hands and smiled excitedly. "Happy Birthday!!!" she exclaimed suddenly. Earning herself a questionable look from her dearest cousin. After a LONG moment, Lelia shook her head and made herway around towards the direction she was headed before. "Oh, wait...It's NOT your b-day is it?" Lelia looked back at her with a gigglish look. "Dang it!" she snapped her fingers and left towards the training grounds to restart her day.
